Artist Iris SmithIris Smith

Iris Smith’s paintings depict fields of smiling flowers and swirling colors, landscapes full of color and happiness. Iris painted some of these works on recycled Plexiglas using a reverse painting process, utilizing the transparency of the material, in which she draws and paints on the backside of the Plexiglas.

The paintings in this collection reflect her warm personality, as well as her subtle sense of humor. She is a diligent, focused, and prolific artist whose intricate paintings comprised of abstract forms, organic shapes, and vibrant color schemes exemplify her strong attention to detail and color.
